About High Tide Properties

High Tide Properties invests in and professionally manages residential and commercial real estate properties for our clients. On the investment side, High Tide Properties has developed over 200 condo-conversion homes worth $53 million for our investors and provided property management services to over 300 units.

High Tide opened its property management division after searching and hiring several "reputable" San Diego property management companies to manage our portfolio properties. We found that none of them did a satisfactory job. Since that time, High Tide Properties has provided outstanding property management for our clients, treating each property just as if we owned them ourselves.
